'I was inspired to create Dawn Patrol Coffee following the amputation of my left arm...'
Having surfed for over 40 years, when I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2022, and told it would be necessary to amputate my left arm - I was absolutely terrified but I knew I would have to surf again. Despite the challenges I've faced, my passion for surfing and love of coffee have never wavered; as such, I was inspired to create a brand that embodied the spirit of the dawn patrol.
